“Nutrition is a high priority issue for us and we will do everything within our capacity to ensure nutrition services for adolescent girls. I am very happy to see that our children and girls also understand the importance of nutrition and they are vocal about it” said Mr. Mohammed Nasim, MP , Minister for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare while attending the special session of the Child parliament held today at the Spectra convention Hall in Dhaka.
“If implemented successfully, families including mother and children of Sylhet and Moulavibazar districts will be benefitted from climate resilient aquaculture and their overall nutrition status will be improved” said Syed Arif Azad, Director General of Department of Fisheries (DoF) while giving the introductory remarks as a chief guest during a planning and collaboration workshop between Save the Children led Suchana program and Department of Fisheries.
Beyond Access Bangladesh and the Department of Public Libraries (DPL) organized the result sharing program to share successes and lessons learned to the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, DPL, DPE, Bangladesh Shishu Academy (BSA) and like-minded NGOs.
