Program Quality Visit to Health & Nutrition and Education Program at Satkania and Cox’s Bazar, 18 to 20 February 2014:

Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning (MEAL) and Communication, Resource Mobilization (CRM) team made a jointfield visit to Satkania and Cox’s Bazar in Health & Nutrition and Education program respectively during 18 to 20 February 2014.

Piloting of MEAL minimum standard at Satkania: Two community clinics, under health & nutrition program, were visited at Satkania where MEAL minimum standards developed for Growth Promotion and Monitoring (GMP) session were checked and video documentation of the entire piloting process was completed.

Consultation with Children and School Management Committee at Cox’s Bazar: One school of Shikhon project, under education program, was visited at Cox’s Bazar where consultation with children and school management committee were conducted as part of the initiative on ‘promoting accountability to ensure program quality’. The entire consultation process was video documented and the outcome of the consultation will be analyzed which will then contribute in strengthening program accountability framework of Save the Children in Bangladesh.
